Senior Manager

• Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation of power generation projects
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of power projects with existing infrastructure
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements at all stages of project execution
• Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and performance
