Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter (Non-IT) to join our recruitment team. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process for non-IT roles across various industries, ensuring the best talent is identified and placed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial resume screening and shortlisting based on job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Job Posting & Advertising: Create and publish job descriptions to attract top talent.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
Database Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices for non-IT roles.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment regulations.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Assist in offer negotiation and ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in non-IT recruitment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
