What Will Be Asked Of You
- We will train you on how to offer a great patient experience
- You can learn software that helps us run the clinic, schedule patients, collect payments, etc
- Love to help people even if the environment can be fast paced at times
,
- Working days: Friday & Saturday (Optional: Sunday & Monday)
- Hours: 10am-7pm
- Locations: SS2, PJ and/or Sri Hartamas, KL
Preferred But NOT Required
- Prior work in a healthcare setting e.g. clinic, medical spa
- Prior work in retail e.g Zara, H&M
- Inbound or outbound phone experience
- Familiarity with chiro, physiotherapy
- Proficient in use of computers and other office equipment
- Proficient in use of CRM and WhatsApp
- Learning new software and data entry
- Knowledge of general office procedures
