Independent Sales Representative

Overview:

Birdie & Ace is a small, home-grown brand launched in 2022 to provide fashionable and functional women’s golf, tennis, and pickleball apparel. Our mission is to empower women with premium activewear to ensure women feel their best selves both on and off the court or course. We will never compromise our buttery soft materials and will always prioritize quality over quantity.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Independent Sales Representative to help us expand our reach, and grow our presence in your territory. You must reside in your territory when applying for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of customers, including pro shops, sporting goods stores, clubs, and individual clients
• Establish and maintain relationships with local golf, tennis, and pickleball communities to increase brand awareness
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products, including design, quality, and performance
• Represent the brand at trunk shows, pop-up events, tournaments, and trade shows, as needed
• Provide feedback to the team about customer preferences, trends, and opportunities for product development or improvement

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear, or a related industry
• Strong connections in the golf, tennis, or pickleball communities are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
• Passion for women’s sports and an understanding of our target market
