How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze and evaluate all commercial/controlling issues from project start (handover from sales) through the project execution phase, ensuring the contractual obligations are met.
- Fully responsible for all commercial related matters, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, NCM, Hedging strategy and T&Cs topics.
- Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate systems, e.g. SAP.
- Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the accuracy of the commercial project data (i.e. FC, MIKA, cash flow).
- Monitoring of cash flow, revenue, and margin development,
- Financial forecasting and reporting on projects assigned and advising the management team of any commercial, financial or contractual risks or opportunities for tenders.
- Defining of appropriate commercial conditions with customers and providers to optimize business results (e.g. payment terms, bank guarantees, insurances, tax’s advisement, liability, LD’s, warranty).
What You Bring
- Professional of Industrial Engineer, Business Administration, Economics, and related.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in project business.
- Proven experience working with international and global customers.
- Good command of MS tools.
- Fluent english, written and spoken.
- Core competencies: Financial Controlling, Contract Management, Critical thinking, Customer orientation, Effectively communication, Self-disciplined, Adjusted to change.
