LMSL has recently started localization projects in Vietnam, Indonesia and Romania, we’re on a
mission of expanding our products and services to more people, empowering their changes in
life. To help people with more diversified and comprehensive solutions, we are looking for a Multimedia Facilitator to host our new podcast shows, conduct street interviews, and present future media project projects in the Vietnamese language.

Your Main Responsibilities Include
- Conduct engaging and insightful interviews with featured guests from our podcast studio in Ho Chi Minh City,, ensuring smooth conversations and dynamic interactions.
- Conduct street interviews by approaching individuals in public spaces to ask pre-prepared questions or prompts in an engaging and professional manner.
- Host and/or present other new media projects in the future;
- Assist with planning shows and performing research on the guests and topics of podcast episodes;
- Assist in identifying, booking and maintaining the relationship with podcast guest in collaboration with our Production Assistant;
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Street Interview filming sessions with our Videographer and Production Assistant;
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Street Interview filming sessions with our Videographer and Production Assistant;
- Writing a brief show report for each episodes to ensure journalistic accuracy;
- Participate in marketing efforts, such as social media engagement and collaborations, to grow the podcast’s listener base;
- Ensure high-quality audio recordings by working closely with sound engineers or producers.
We Expect You To
- Hold a university degree, preferably in Journalism, Communication, or other related field;
- Have an interest in podcasts, audio storytelling, or radio journalism;
- Have an interest in video media projects in general;
- Have a familiarity with a variety of podcast formats (i.e. interview, narrative, news, etc.);
- Have experience in public speaking;
- Have strong research, analysis and critical thinking skills;
- Creative and energetic;
- Eloquent, articulate, and able to communicate clearly and conversationally;
- Strong interview skills (managing time, flow of conversation, information overload, engaging podcast guests, etc)
- Have great active listening skills and quick witted to ask relevant follow-up questions;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking ability;
- Have excellent writing and communication skills and creative ideas on how to make compelling content;
- Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
- Speak and write excellent English;
- Speak and write excellent Vietnamese.
