Job Summary
We are looking for a Case Aide to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Case Aide include providing support to the Director and staff, assisting in daily office needs and managing Strong Futures’ general administrative activities.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
Assist in planning and executing Strong Futures activities/events (i.e. Teen Thanksgiving Dinner, Agency-wide Halloween Party, Agency–wide Back to School Event, etc.).
Create and market weekly schedule/calendar of the Strong Futures’ monthly events.
Regular outreach to the youth for events and programming; maintain contact lists.
Assist in tracking program outcomes.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Organize and manage the upkeep of Strong Future’s communal space.
Provide phone coverage for the front desk on a rotating basis.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) a must.
Able to build and maintain harmonious working relationships with and among staff.
Strong ability to relate to young people and engage them in conversation.
Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to maintain healthy boundaries.
Able to remain calm during moments of tension and stress.
Compliance with required background checks.
Salary: $42,000 – $48,500 (Based on education, experience, & language)
