ABW Appliances is currently seeking a professional, highly self-motivated Warehouse Supervisor. If you have a love of meeting people and being part of a team along with contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-million-dollar organization, this is the position for you! We are looking for individuals who are self-starters and solid work ethic.

Position Summary

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will help oversee all warehouse operations as a hands-on leader, motivating warehouse employees, leading by example, and fostering a positive team-building atmosphere. The ideal candidate will supervise and continuously improve all inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movement; allowing our delivery and installation crews to complete their tasks in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

• Oversee day-to-day receiving, warehousing, and distribution plans to maximize output.
• Oversee daily picking operations, aiming for 100% accuracy with picking, order fulfillment, and inventory counts.
• Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and product defects reporting findings to the inventory control team.
• Oversee and participate in warehouse activities including unloading/loading of trucks, receiving, staging, put away, routine cycle counts, etc.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Work with Warehousing Management to maintain safety and security standards, address all potential hazards, and complete the necessary safety trainings.
• Assist with the flow of information between management and warehouse staff.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing change.

Qualification Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of successful supervisor experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Must have experience operating a forklift, clamp truck, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple/Android devices.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and delivery tickets.
• Ability to Multi-task and have solid organizational skills.
• Possess basic computer skills and familiarity with a smart phone i.e. iPhone, Android

Physical Requirements

Physical activity such as reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting and stooping to inspect appliances, as well as lifting and carrying objects over 50 pounds is a part of daily activity.

Position Details

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: M-F, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Salary Range: $26 – $29 per hour
