Job Description

Prepares operations analyses including analysis of operational processes, target market, business activity and makes proactive recommendations for improvement. Develops process analyses, designs and simulations. Requires a solid understanding of the organization’s business operations and industry and possesses strong analytical skills. Provides statistical information to ensure the most effective utilization of resources. Track, maintain and provide current information on the operation’s business scorecard to develop story of website traffic and behavior. Understands billing concepts to support complex operational needs. Develops and maintains BI reports. Tracks changes in data and ensures cleanliness of source data.

  • Performs and completes daily, routine tasks, receiving instruction from manager as needed.
  • Provides basic, routine support for process and operations activities that optimize efficiency.
  • Assist in operational planning by researching, collecting, analyzing and consolidating basic business data.
  • Drafts reports with preliminary findings.
  • Provides basic, routine data to clients and vendors.
  • Assist billing function with complex concepts and applications.
  • Engage with clients on a regular basis to develop understanding of business need and use cases.
  • Support in-office related responsibilities and take part in routine organization efforts.
  • Maintain system data cleanliness and assist with ad-hoc BI report building.
  • Education Required: B.A. or B.S. degree in a Business, Information Management, Information Technology or a similar discipline.
  • Experience Required: At least 2 years
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools
  • Basic understanding of data architecture
