Job Description
- Review incoming invoices, and coordinate with the finance team
- Ensure compliance by checking and validating tax documents such as Tax Invoices and Withholding Tax Certificates
- Responsible for calculating and reporting the company’s monthly and annual tax returns
- Handle the preparation, payment, and reporting of taxes (withholding tax, and VAT), ensuring full compliance with tax regulations
- Supporting & giving advisory to other departments related to taxation
- Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to Accounting & Tax
- Maintain a good relationship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years experience in tax preparation, auditing, or accounting is prefered
- Having Breavet A & B certification is a plus
- Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prepare and review tax returns and financial documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and tax-related software
- Able to work in a team
