Finance, Budget, Accounting & Tax Officer

Job Description

  • Review incoming invoices, and coordinate with the finance team
  • Ensure compliance by checking and validating tax documents such as Tax Invoices and Withholding Tax Certificates
  • Responsible for calculating and reporting the company’s monthly and annual tax returns
  • Handle the preparation, payment, and reporting of taxes (withholding tax, and VAT), ensuring full compliance with tax regulations
  • Supporting & giving advisory to other departments related to taxation
  • Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks related to Accounting & Tax
  • Maintain a good relationship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years experience in tax preparation, auditing, or accounting is prefered
  • Having Breavet A & B certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Strong understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prepare and review tax returns and financial documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Power BI, and tax-related software
  • Able to work in a team
