• The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial health of an organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and managing all aspects of the company’s financial operations.
• The role involves both strategic planning and hands-on management, working closely with senior management to drive financial performance, compliance, and decision-making. Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proven experience managing a team and collaborating with senior management.
