Job Description
YOUR MISSION:
This role manages Store Development activities within the country, including franchise and company-owned stores. Responsibilities include coordinating store projects, managing material orders, construction, budgets, and conducting site analysis. The role ensures up-to-date information on store concepts and design guidelines, collaborates with stakeholders to meet PUMA Retail Standards, and improves existing processes and properties. It also involves evaluating store projects, supporting order placements, maintaining store databases, and providing guidance during site visits.
- Project Management Support
- Evaluate and provide feedback on incoming store projects (new, relocations, refurbishments), including design lay-out, installation and timelines, ensuring that design and lay-out is done in line with Global guidelines and principles
- Ensure the design process incorporates PUMA Retail Standards, including SKU capacity vs Sales Plan
- Provide guidance and support to ensure that Project Plans are realistic and enables timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set-up
- Provide enhanced support and services to countries without Store Development functions, including Project Planning
- Fixture Coordination
- Provide support to countries without Store Development functions to ensure that all aspects of the opening are considered in the planning process
- Review and place fixture orders on behalf of countries to ensure accurate and timely orders, in line with design guidelines and capacity calculations
- Coordinate information on order status and delivery between fixture supplier(s) and the country, ensuring timely delivery or early warnings in case of project timing issues
- Store Database Management
- Through collection and validation of data in E-base, ensure that the country has a complete overview of all Branded consumer touch points, ranging from franchise, distributor-owned and Owned & Operated PUMA stores, including Shop in shops, Free-standing stores and Full Price and Factory Outlet stores
- Align and coordinate with countries, distributors and the APAC Retail Analyst, ensuring that a project pipeline is updated weekly with regards to budgeted, incoming and pending store openings by country, store type and date
- Provide monthly updates to senior management on the project pipeline as well existing stores
- Store Concepts and Fixture Ordering Process GSM
- Ensure that in country, including distributor within the country have up-to-date information on all current store concepts, design guidelines and –principles
- Ensure that the ordering process for fixtures and other Store Development related products and services are documented and understood by the individual countries
- Coordinate of fixture ordering process via GSM system
- Maintain Library
- Responsible for maintaining a library of installation guides and fixture component designs and specifications for all store concepts in existense throughout the country
- Provide information and support when required to countries in order to ensure that fixtures can be maintained or repaired in accordance with the original design intent
YOUR TALENT:
Education: Bachelor degree or relevant diploma
Professional: 4-5 years in similar role in project management from architect, design, or construction with focus on retail
IT Skills: MS Office
Auto-CAD and design software
Language Skills:
Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus
Fluency in English a must
