Role
The Alliance Manager is pivotal in fostering and maintaining strategic business partnerships and alliances between our primary clients and various regional functions, including operations, finance, global team, and local organizations. This ensures the achievement of all aspects required for the success of commercial alliances, thereby maximizing the growth potential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will report to the Commercial Lead Alliance Markets . You will support the sales team in building and executing strategic, high-priority alliance business partnerships with top our clients in the West Balkans and Bulgaria region. Your responsibilities include ensuring the development of commercial plans with defined targets and initiatives, and building solid internal and external partnerships with key stakeholders within the organization and our clients. Your scope may include but is not limited to
- Enhancing strategic relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Regularly analyzing customer data, feedback, and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and providing detailed reports to the leadership team and help them make informed decisions.
- Facilitating collaboration between different functions (e.g., sales reps, marketing, technical, operations, finance) to ensure a unified approach to meeting key customer needs.
- Supporting the implementation of digital systems and other tools that help sales team manage their clients more efficiently.
- Assisting in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with overall business objectives and contractual agreements, including setting clear goals, identifying key milestones, and monitoring progress.
- Identifying potential risks in the market and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Be connected with market dynamics, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, and sharing these insights within the organization.
- Developing and implementing customer relationship programs including sales targets, exclusive events, and services to strengthen relationships with clients.
- Establishing clear performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of business evolution and regularly reviewing these metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Accountabilities / KPIs
- Achieving revenue growth and increasing market share within the region
- Monitoring contract execution rates to achieve commercial agreements.
- Ensuring the success rate of strategic projects agreed upon clients and aligned with the business framework.

- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Excellent analytical abilities to interpret customer data and market trends.
- Ability to facilitate collaboration across different functions and regions.
