Description
We are actively looking for a Recruitment Supervisor who will responsible of the full cycle recruitment of administrative talent to ensure the organization has the right profiles in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires experience in the automotive industry, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.
- Advanced English language level.
- At least 3 years managing recruitment of administrative and operational personnel.
- Experience with manufacturing/maquiladora companies.
ACTIVITIES
- Recruitment full cycle of administrative positions.
- Create talent attraction strategics.
- Onboarding of the new employee.
- Colaborate with head of departments for ensure the correct recruitment according to the needs of the profiles.
- Ensure the alignment of the selection process with the organization’s values and culture.
- Implement improvements in recruitment processes based on metrics and market trends.
- Management the approvals of the open positions and maintan a tracking and control file.
- Ensure the correct employee’s file.
- Support with interns recruitment.
