Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Actively identify and approach potential hotel and accommodation provider clients through networking, referrals, on-site visits, and local industry events.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive relationships with both potential and existing clients, clearly demonstrating how HotelOnline’s solutions can address their operational challenges and revenue goals.
- Conduct On-Site Presentations and Product Demos: Visit prospective client locations to present and demonstrate our technology solutions, tailoring your presentation to the unique needs of each client.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee the entire sales process—from initial contact and lead generation through to contract negotiation and deal closure—ensuring a professional and efficient experience for the client.
- Meet Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed established individual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
- Market Intelligence and Feedback: Gather insights from client interactions and market conditions, providing valuable feedback to help shape future product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Use our CRM system to document sales activities, track client communications, and ensure timely follow-up for all opportunities.
Requirements
- Field Sales Experience: Proven success in field sales or a similar role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills for building relationships and closing deals in person.
- Lead Generation Skills: Ability to identify and qualify prospects through networking and local market engagement.
- Independent & Team-Oriented: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Hospitality Insight: Experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry is a plus.
