We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Executive Assistant.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Senior Management Executives and teams
  • Assist in diary management and travel arrangements
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and external parties
  • Perform general administrative tasks and maintain records and reports properly
  • Handle sensitive data and follow up all outstanding issues timely
  • Arrange couriers, ensure marketing materials to be distributed timely and correctly
  • Assist new joiner and leaver logistics
  • Support event logistics, all administrative and clerical activities
  • Ad-hoc duties when required

Requirements

  • Solid secretarial experience with proven track record in serving senior executives and a team
  • Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Fusion etc
  • Mature, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work independently under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills with good business acumen
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Think critically and proactively, prioritize items that need attention and offer solutions to problems
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
