You will have access to various options to perform and gain tangible experience within some of the fastest-growing businesses within the Disney Experiences Segment specifically within the Disney Signature Experiences (DSE) Division. Our goal is to provide a springboard for launching a successful career at The Walt Disney Company.
The Disney Signature Experience Rotational Program is a full-time, entry-level program designed to provide recent college graduates with a hands-on learning experience with Disney Vacation Club, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Disney Institute, or Adventures by Disney & National Geographic Expeditions. Participants will be able to experience this rotational program, rotating to 2-3 different positions over 18 months.
The DSE Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Rotational Associate will be an in-office role located in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The associate may travel locally within the WDW resort area for certain site visits and projects as needed. The Rotational Associate will gain experience within the Sales Operations Support teams.
We are currently seeking undergraduate seniors or final year graduate students available for full-time employment beginning June 2025.
You Will Do/Responsibilities:
During the rotation program, participants will:
- Tackle relevant projects
- Participate in a robust development curriculum
- Develop critical technical and leadership skills
- Receive continued mentorship from peers and senior leaders
- Upon completion of the program, successful participants will be placed in a role in alignment with their development, setting them up for future opportunities
You will Have/Required Qualifications:
- Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving capability and strong interest in reading and interpreting data.
- Experience working in an agile environment where direction and priorities may shift and change quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Experience working with Microsoft products including Office – Outlook, Word, Teams
- Able to work in an environment that may require lifting up to 50 lbs. in instances such as supporting sales events, meetings, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship experience within the Sales Operations, Data/Analytics or related field
- Experience working with Canva and other advanced software programs
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM programs
- Experience looking for trends and reviewing data as well as presenting finding to peers and leadership when needed.
- Practical or university/classes within Business, Operations, Sales, etc.
- Understanding of the Disney Vacation Club product and offerings
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed between Summer 2024-Summer 2025)
