Business Development Manager

• To conduct research on new potential land/projects including generating feasibility studies and proposals of development models.
• To perform presentation and market research for the focus area.
• To propose interim project planning and conceptual design.
• To liaise with internal government liaison department for rules and regulations of new acquired projects/land.
• Conversant in pre-acquisition due diligence or market research of real estate development opportunities.
• Conversant in the latest trend of property market and consumer’s behavior.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Planning, Engineering, land Survey, Estate Management or any discipline related to property development.
• Minimum 8 years related working experience in property development environment.
• Knowledge in basic calculation of contribution/fees to local authorities and government agencies.
• Well versed in the latest State Housing Policies and States Planning Department guidelines.
• Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude, meticulous and willing to travel when required.
