Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring & supporting the quality control/assurance processes within the company for smooth organization operation and customer satisfaction.
- To assist in the tracking and documenting of project documentation for the department as per ISO requirement.
- To assist in tender evaluation/bidding process.
- Assist with project management responsibilities such as overseeing and performing administrative operations related to a project, updating the project schedules, and contacting contractors, consultants or other relevant parties.
- Manage day-to-day activities of the department and provide general administrative support (e.g. arrange departmental events, meetings, and communications, handle information requests, etc.)
- To handle general office administrative tasks such as maintaining a proper file system and upkeep of the department’s facilities/equipment/stationeries to assure availability as and when needed.
- To perform day-to-day clerical work.
- To be the liaison person and coordinator of the departments within the organization.
- To undertake other special assignments, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering (Civil & Construction Engineering), business administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 to 4 years of relevant working experience in Building/Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
- Experience in handling improvement projects and initiatives.
- Audit experience for internal processes as Internal Quality Auditor NCR & CAR management knowledge and experience.
- Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office application and Microsoft Project.
- Good planning, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and must be able to work and communicate in a team.
- Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
