We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to oversee the smooth running of our Islamabad office. This role is essential in managing office operations, supporting regional events, and providing administrative assistance to ensure efficiency.

About The Role

As Office Administrator, you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and maintain records.
  • Manage procurement, supplier contracts, and office supplies.
  • Support the finance team with bookkeeping, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Handle postal and courier services within the office.
  • Provide event coordination support, including liaising with venues, arranging travel, and managing logistics.
  • Act as a local event manager for conferences, workshops, and other events.
  • Maintain an up-to-date school database for the region.
  • Manage the Directorate Office’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements while organizing and coordinating executive meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items

About You

You are a highly organised professional with:

  • A bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
  • Experience in office administration and customer/supplier communication.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
  • A high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in event coordination and venue management.
  • Understanding of Cambridge International products and the education system.
  • Prior experience in an international or educational setting.
