Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Ensure recruitment data is accurately maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Organize interviews and prepare necessary materials for hiring panels.
  • Screen applications to identify candidates that best match job requirements.
