Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the full recruitment cycle, from posting job vacancies to onboarding new hires.
- Coordinate interview schedules and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Ensure recruitment data is accurately maintained in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Organize interviews and prepare necessary materials for hiring panels.
- Screen applications to identify candidates that best match job requirements.
