Job description:

Exodigo Inc. is seeking a meticulous and experienced Finance Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing a range of bookkeeping tasks to support our finance department, including payroll management. This role will be performed remotely and will report directly to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and invoices.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare and process payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Manage payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate payroll distribution.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial integrity and accuracy.
• Support the Finance Director in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and relevant tax regulations.
