- Design and develop psychometric measurement tools tailored to the organization’s needs.
- Ensure the validity and reliability of assessment instruments through appropriate statistical tests.
- Organize and oversee the administration of psychometric tests for candidates and employees.
- Conduct analysis of assessment results using appropriate statistical and psychometric methods.
- Prepare systematic individual and aggregate assessment reports.
- Ensure all assessment data is securely documented and maintained in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct benchmarking and research on the latest trends in psychometrics and employee assessment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology from reputable university, preferably with knowledge of Psychometrics or Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing psychometric assessments, preferably in a corporate or assessment institution environment.
- Proficiency in psychometric theories, statistical methods, and data analysis tools.
- Experience in developing and validating psychological measurement tools.
- Ability to work systematically and detail-oriented with well-structured documentation.
- Understanding of data protection principles and ethical considerations in psychological assessments.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present assessment results to internal stakeholders.
