  • Design and develop psychometric measurement tools tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • Ensure the validity and reliability of assessment instruments through appropriate statistical tests.
  • Organize and oversee the administration of psychometric tests for candidates and employees.
  • Conduct analysis of assessment results using appropriate statistical and psychometric methods.
  • Prepare systematic individual and aggregate assessment reports.
  • Ensure all assessment data is securely documented and maintained in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research on the latest trends in psychometrics and employee assessment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology from reputable university, preferably with knowledge of Psychometrics or Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in managing psychometric assessments, preferably in a corporate or assessment institution environment.
  • Proficiency in psychometric theories, statistical methods, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience in developing and validating psychological measurement tools.
  • Ability to work systematically and detail-oriented with well-structured documentation.
  • Understanding of data protection principles and ethical considerations in psychological assessments.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present assessment results to internal stakeholders.
