Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Organize and archive design work drawings, strength calculation reports, installation and operation manuals, approval documents, and other related files.
- Prepare software and hardware inspections for boiler and pressure vessel certification renewal, and supervise the rectification of on-site equipment issues.
- Review welding process qualification tests and welding procedures for boilers and pressure vessels, providing guidance and participation in welding process evaluations.
- Inspect and evaluate repaired boilers and pressure vessels, and provide tracking and guidance for pre-startup preparations and testing.
- Develop an annual inspection plan and coordinate approval and re-inspection processes.
- Develop, revise, and implement safety management systems and operating procedures for special equipment, ensuring compliance and monitoring execution.
- Investigate, handle, report, and maintain records of special equipment accidents.
- Supervise the periodic inspection of special equipment by relevant departments.
- Organize and oversee the training and development of special equipment management personnel.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant organizations and agencies.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must processed at least a Professional Certificate
- Must processed a Grade 1 Steam Engineer License or equivalent certification
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Familiarity with safety codes and regulations
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
