We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Analytics Team. In this role, you will play a key part in building metrics and proactively identifying opportunities for top-line growth. You will collaborate closely with partners across the go-to-market team to design, develop, and optimize dashboards and data models that directly align with our strategic business goals. Additionally, you will deliver actionable business insights through data exploration, statistical analysis, and data storytelling. As a champion for data quality and governance, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring accuracy across our data ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. You should have a passion for solving complex problems, as well as a curiosity and desire to learn new topics and skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Data Exploration & Analysis: Analyze data using SQL and Python to uncover trends, anomalies, and patterns that inform and enhance our customer engagement strategy, support customer journey mapping, and drive key sales initiatives.
  • Data Visualization & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to communicate the results of data analyses to business stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with go-to-market teams to present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and impactful manner to non-technical audiences.
  • Data Quality and Integrity: Work with Salesforce and Marketo administrators to maintain high standards of data quality and integrity by identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Stay up to date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analysis and modeling to ensure continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g., Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Data Science, etc.)
  • Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries
  • Experience with Python for data analysis
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) to create impactful reports and dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex issues using statistical knowledge and technical expertise
  • Proven ability to generate actionable insights and present them to cross-functional teams.
  • A passion for continuous learning and exploring new subjects.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have:

  • Software / Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
  • Experience with data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
  • Experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using dbt (data build tool) for transforming and modeling data within a data warehouse.
