Position Overview:
The Appointment Confirmation Specialist is responsible for proactively reaching out to individuals who have booked calls with our sales team. Through professional, friendly, and scripted communication, you will confirm attendance, address any scheduling conflicts, and reinforce the value of the call. Your primary goal is to maximize appointment show up rates and ensure a seamless experience for prospects.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Dynamic role with responsibilities that are centered around supporting the sales team’s growth through driving show up rates, across all funnels.
- Outbound confirmation calls to prospects who have scheduled appointments.
- Professionally and enthusiastically reaffirm the value of the scheduled call.
- Overcome objections and address potential scheduling conflicts to minimize cancellations and no-shows.
- Send follow-up messages via email or SMS to reinforce appointment commitments.
- Update CRM records accurately with call outcomes, notes, and rescheduling details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights on trends in appointment retention.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company communication guidelines.
- Attend regular team syncs with our reps & sales managers
Specific Tasks for Appointment Confirmation Specialist:
- Outbound Dials using JustCall.io VOIP system
- Update notes in Pipedrive’s CRM
- Update the daily tracker reports at the end of every single day
- Provide updates to the sales reps regarding their upcoming calls
- Provide feedback to sales managers
