The Job holder is required to reconcile GL accounts, Monitor the ageing and effective tracking & control the

reconciliations unit tasks.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • General Leger account and bank Account reconciliation has to perform as per TAT.
  • Exceptions need to actioned proactively avoiding any service impact and financial losses.
  • Need to escalate all identified Risk items /fraud activities to the management and compliance team

within TAT.

  • Adhere all the SLAs and compliance policies.
  • Maintained the daily check list and manage the backup task in absence of any recon team member.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by the company.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education qualifications.

Experience

  • 2+ years of card operations, back office operations and account reconciliation experience.
  • Very Good command of English Language (Listening, Speaking, Reading & Writing), or equivalent to

Upper-Intermediate level

Knowledge/Skills

  • Exposure to card management systems.
  • Knowledge in Accounting.
  • Excellent MS Office Excel knowledge.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team working skills.
