Position Summary

As the Human Resources Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the HR department by providing comprehensive administrative support and operational leadership. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead key HR functions while fostering a collaborative and employee-focused environment. This is a full-time hybrid position. NCJC’s physical office is in downtown Raleigh, NC.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related field
  • Two years of experience in HR management in an HR department
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in HRIS systems, as well as payroll and leave technology platforms.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to address employee concerns promptly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

    • SHRM-CP certification
    • Graphic and forms creation design experience
    • Experience using Paylocity
