Job Description
- Advise on resourcing needs including advertisements and selection methods, prepare recruitment documentation, carry out pre-appointment checks, process DBS checks, respond to queries on T&Cs of employment, and issue contracts.
- Demonstrate competency in the use of electronic document management systems.
- Be experienced working in an administrative environment, ideally Human Resources, together with knowledge, understanding and experience of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Have a sound understanding of pre-employment requirements and an up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation, applicable to resourcing, recruitment, selection and issuing of employment contracts, including that of schools and Agency Worker legislation.
- Contribute to the social media recruitment strategy, including uploading and maintaining content on our social media channels.
