Job Description

  • As a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, support country supply chain operations and work closely with Supply chain manager to oversee supply chain for Abu Dhabi.  
  • Responsible to handle end to end supply chain to ensure that all equipment / parts are registered, shipped, and tracked correctly, along with all related customs related clearance. 
  • Participate in all incoming and outgoing goods control activities and control of stock. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, industrial engineering, or any other related degree.  Studies can be compensated by relevant experience
  • The positions require the incumbent to work beyond normal working hours based upon business needs and requirements to support operational matters
  • Min 5 years experienced in Logistics Operations from MENA region
  • IT literacy / Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to meet demands on short notice. Service-minded and a resilient team player possessing the highest degree of integrity, honesty supporting Interwell’ s core values
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written
  • Oil and gas industry experience (preferred)
  • Truck and overhead crane Incense (preferred)
  • Work experience in a technical, engineering or craft environment (preferred)
  • Able to use measuring equipment and to use the math skill necessary to perform duties
  • Able to read and understand technical drawings
  • Physically fit to work in a Workshop environment
  • Trustworthy and approachable.
  • Flexible and understanding of the ad hoc nature of the work
  • Able to work alone and a part of a team including @ party co-workers
  • Able to take on several task with structure arid tidiness

 

Main Activities & Responsibilities: 
Warehouse and Inventory Management

  • Monitor and lead cycle count for the site as per the planned schedule. 
  • Responsible for warehouse stock register, cycle counting, supply chain ERP update, stock take and reconciliation
  • Manage customer owned equipment
  • Assist Workshop and Operations with any discrepancies in paperwork versus goods received. Responsible to handle required paperwork for tracking and accuracy. 
  • Pick parts for production orders and service orders
  • Control of Service-Related Equipment (SRE) received from Interwell (CWI) operations
  • Follow up with NCR procedure/action in IFS in liaison with MENA QHSSE and Tech Service Manager

Logistics Management 

  • Manage daily routes/schedules of shipments and deliveries and backloads. Use IFS (ERP) system to control logistical movements and operations within AUH
  • Liaise with shipping agents and freight forwarders, DHL to arrange customs clearance as per Interwell instructions. Shipping of Dangerous Goods via Road, Sea and Air 
  • Experience within AUH customs procedures customs rules, and regulations
  • Create, save, and file shipping documentation (DN, Transport Order, GRN CI, Certs, Dg’s and customs paperwork) in the IFS System and manually
  • Support Workshop supervisors and local managers regarding mobilizations and demobilizations’ of Interwell equipment
  • Coordinate on gate passes, collection, and deliveries for the clients
  • Participate in all activities related to IGC, logistics and warehouse
  • Perform 1st & 2nd stage inspection of incoming goods. 

Asset Management, Procurement and Sourcing

  • Create purchase orders and purchase requisitions in IFS for stock, rental and hire equipment
  • Track the progress of orders, Expedite, and escalate critical orders as required
  • Create EJS, Scrap report for the assets
  • Review tools in the well for extended periods, WO Review, redress confirmations and element expiration

QHSE. Administration and General Management

  • Approve of transport and customs invoicing via Excel spreadsheet before passing onto the accounts department for payment.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations set as per Company policies set out.
  • Take part in daily logistics and supply chain operation, tasks, and activities
  • Monitor and track Supply chain and logistics KPI for the worksite.
  • Participate and contribute to best recommended programs and processes to ensure a cost-efficient supply chain & logistics.
  • Promote a core-value culture of continuous improvement and personal commitment to Interwell policies.
  • Responsible to write Non-Conformance Reports from 1st and 2nd stage inspection.
  • To always walk in a competent. safe, and professorial manner, to serve both internal and external customers.
  • Required to follow a process of continual improvement towards all processes, products, and tasks within your job role.
  • To STOP any job if not adhering to Interwell standards or procedures, or any other activity.
  • To comply with HSE rules and regulations and follow the Interwell Business Management System requirements in work.
