Job Description
The Rector, the highest body of governance of the University and its foremost representative, holds a full-time position elected by the General Council of the University for a four-year mandate, and can be re-elected once.
Full Professors or coordinating researchers from NOVA University Lisbon or other higher education and/or research institutions, national or foreign, with relevant management experience, can apply for this position.
Applications must be all written or translated into Portuguese and addressed to the President of the Electoral Committee, and must enclose all the documents confirming the rank and experience of the candidate, as well as a proposed Programme of Action.

The application period runs from April 1st to 6 pm on May 2nd, 2025.
