We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Logistics Officer to support our Logistics operations. The Logistics Officer is responsible for undertaking logistical and administrative support. This is achieved by coordinating the logistical support and purchasing required materials for the projects and ensuring that equipment is transported to and from projects to the required standards.
Your Responsibilities As a Logistics Officer
- Managing and handle all logistics movements.
- Handle all logistics formalities within the middle east and Europe.
- Keep track of all logistics movements within and outside the country.
- Keep track of all costs involved in logistics by defining cost allocation to various projects and others cost centers.
- Generate weekly & monthly tracking reports for logistics and Management.
- Liaise with all relevant departments regarding the movement of Vessels/Equipment in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with Customs, freight forwarder, clearing agents & equipment rental companies.
- Arrange and keep proper tracking of all equipment/spare parts movements within and outside UAE.
- Handle all agents and supplier invoices for verification process and management approval prior to transmitting to accounts.
- Provide administrative assistance to the department as and when required.
Your Qualities And Experience
You can make your mark as a Logistics Officer if you have:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Adequate knowledge of customs procedures worldwide.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of Logistics Officer is a full-time job.
