Job Description
Reporting to the Night Manager, you will be responsible for general Front Office and Night Audit duties including maintaining guest accounts, posting charges, reconciling payments and generating daily reports. You will assist in the management of the team and ensure the overnight processes run smoothly and the hotel is operating safely overnight.
To be successful in this role you will be a self-motivated and well-respected leader with a passion for delivering outstanding results for the Hotel.
Qualifications
You will also have:
- Previous experience in a Supervisory or Night Supervisor role, within a Hotel environment
- An energetic and proactive approach to providing 5 star service
- A meticulous and methodical approach to processing all tasks
- An effective communicator
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel
- Full New Zealand Drivers License
- Experience with a Hotel Property Management System (PMS) preferably Opera.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a busy fast-paced environment
