About The Role
Reporting to the GM of Commercial, this position is responsible for leading the new business sales team across both the AFL and Marvel Stadium, and the Commercial Digital Team. Delivering ‘new’ revenue growth in existing assets and identifying new assets that could drive positive commercial return for the AFL. The role will be accountable for all revenue and P&L targets associated with their team.

Key Accountabilities
- Identify new official partners that align with the AFLs long term strategy
- Drive new revenue out of our 47 AFL and Marvel Stadium Corporate Partners
- Build positive internal stakeholder relationships across the Partnership team to enable strong insight into these partners and where potential opportunities could come from
- Set the team strategy and lead the team to ensure they are achieving or overachieving set targets
- Negotiate and renew major partners
- Utilise data and analytics to understand market trends and execute strategies to drive growth in line with these findings
- Drive Digital & Data Advertising Sales
- Develop strategic sales plans and execute on these for innovative new assets and products- Women’s Football, X, International Expansion and more
- Drive BOLD new growth
- Supporting the 18 clubs around their new business initiatives
- Sponsorship Measurement and Innovation
