Our company operates a hotel and restaurant in Katherine, NT 0850, and we are currently seeking operational staff for various positions.

Job Location: Katherine, NT 0850 [Remote area]

Starting from: 15 March 2025

Number of Vacancy: 02

Skills: All the positions do not require any skill or qualification. We will provide full training

Salary: Based on the Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009] Level 1 and as per the FairWork guidelines.

Work conditions: As per the FairWork Australian guidelines.

Working Hour: 38 hours per week

Job Description

  • Waiter and Kitchen Hand:
  • Customer service: Greet customers, provide excellent service, and ensure customers feel welcome
  • Menu: Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
  • Orders: Take orders for food and drinks, and communicate with the kitchen
  • Food and drink: Serve food and drinks, and ensure food is hot and cold
  • Tables: Set tables, keep tables clean, and deliver checks
  • Payments: Collect payments and handle bill payments
  • Complaints: Handle complaints and make sure customers are happy
  • Health and safety: Adhere to health department rules and regulations
  • Time management: Manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving: Find solutions that are agreeable for both the customer and the establishment
  • Opening and closing: Help open and close the restaurant, and make sure checklists are followed
  • Cleaning various equipment at Kitchen
  • Sometime give hand to Hotel operation like light cleaning, emergency housekeeping etc.
  • We will provide training for applicants.
