Job Description
Our client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their FT+S team.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements
- Responsible for the compliance of the business processes, practices and procedures
- Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures focusing on enhanced safety, increased productivity, and reduced cost. Implements quality assurance and compliance processes
- Develop documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
- Develop change management strategy: include supporting the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures
- Conduct a cost-benefit analysis to determine business requirements and participate in implementing changes. May identify new methods to track and report on various metrics and results
- May specialize in one or more of the following areas: benchmarking, project management, reengineering, data analytics, measurement, and/or process-driven systems requirements
Candidate Must-Have Skills
- Business Analysis Experience/PDLC experience
- Previous experience with ERP (Oracle Fusion), reading and understanding the journal entries. Knowing the accounting process and data flow through the systems—chart of accounts.
- Previous experience with accounting- and/or finance-based projects
- Strong Excel experience (8+/10)
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 – $75.00/hr.
