Job Title: Designer

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 Year contract (3 month SOW to start)

Location: 100% Remote

Payrate: $43.00-$48.00/hourly

Responsibilities

You will take on new campaigns as well as templated executions and one-off initiatives. You will work in a variety of media platforms from video to digital banners to emails. Your key responsibilities include:

  • You’ll spearhead the research, development, and launch of digital campaigns and other brand initiatives aimed at marketing and promoting its products and overall Brand.
  • Ensure that campaigns and deliverables maintain consistency with brand identity and messaging.
  • Will be working closely with a variety of stakeholders across marketing, product, design, copy and production.
  • You’ll take an active role in refining ideas, ensuring they remain focused, on-brief, and on-brand through self-editing and incorporating feedback from other team members and partners.
  • Help in building presentations for creative projects, concepts, and immersive experiences in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Design / Sr Designer experience (agency or client-side)
  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • A robust portfolio demonstrating excellent design work across digital and offline platforms
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma.
  • Proven track record of translating brand guidelines into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences.
  • A comprehensive understanding of digital design principles, including web banners, email marketing and other digital collateral to effectively engage with online audiences. Experience designing landing pages is a plus.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, including creating printed swag and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently, from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to deadlines and upholding high-quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and production skills as the role entails conceptualizing and executing campaigns from start to finish
  • Comfort using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and project management software
  • Confidence in presenting to stakeholders at all levels
