Workforce Scheduling Assistant
Job Description
Overview
$16 per hour*
A Worlds of Fun Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for scheduling duties within the FUNtime scheduling system, which many include:
- Documenting ambassador sick calls and notifying the department leaders.
- Assist the Ambassadors with FUNtime, UKG pro, and App questions.
- Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or other interruptions.
- Compile information, such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
- Attend meetings with management to address any staffing needs and challenges
- Deliver a high level of guest service for both internal and external guest in person and over the phone.
- Assist in Employment and Human resources duties, as needed.
- Additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and tables (Pivot Tables a plus)
- *this is a SEASONAL hourly position*
