We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the technology landscape.

  • Owning all plans and strategies related to developing the business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
  • Developing sales strategies for expanding the company’s business both internationally and locally and setting quotas.
  • Establishing inbound lead requirements, and implementing a ‘land and expand’ process for manual top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, including R&D, Product, and Marketing.
  • Assisting in developing the sales plan, preparing forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management to use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
  • Expanding and leading the sales team to success

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position
  • SaaS (software as a service) sales experience is a critical requirement of this opportunity
  • Proven ability to generate new business through multi-channel prospecting
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently win in a highly competitive market
  • Growth mindset, driven to learn, and highly coachable
  • Ability to prepare reports and collateral as needed
  • Proficient at analyzing data and making strategic recommendations accordingly
