Job Description
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10 & Microsoft Office (2007 to 2022 & O365) and other authorized desktop applications.
- Installation and maintenance of Desktops and Laptops in workgroup and domain model.
- Implementing, managing, monitoring and troubleshooting hardware devices and drivers.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards
- Installation and troubleshooting of client applications
- Handling IT asset stock and maintain IT inventory records.
- Installation and configuration of Outlook and troubleshooting mail problems.
- Installation of Antivirus and troubleshooting virus related problems.
- Troubleshooting of general networking issues.
- Handling remote desktop connection thorough VNC, anydesk, ammyy admin, TeamViewer etc.
- Installation of Active directory tool and work on it.
- Replacing faulty motherboards, SMPS, RAM, HDD, CD-ROM etc…
