As an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in managing HR processes, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting both employees and key stakeholders. This is independent role requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is eager to drive HR initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, compliance, and organizational growth.
YOU WILL
- Providing comprehensive HR support across various functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Managing HR administration tasks such as employment documentation, contract preparation, and maintaining HR databases.
- Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to address HR-related queries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and internal corporate policies.
- Assisting in payroll-related processes by coordinating with external payroll providers and ensuring accurate data processing.
- Handling HR reporting and data analysis to support business decisions.
- Coordinating collaboration with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services.
- Working closely with global HR structures to align local practices with corporate standards.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.
- Supporting learning & development initiatives to enhance employee growth.
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR matters and resolving issues efficiently.
YOU NEED
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong understanding of labor law, social security regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in handling HR documentation, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across different cultures and teams.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data for reporting and decision-making.
- Proficiency in English, essential for collaboration with the UK headquarters and international teams.
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in handling employee data.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
