About the role:

As the Principal Global People Partner, you will lead and execute our total rewards strategy, ensure compliance with HR policies across a growing global workforce, and serve as a strategic HR business partner for the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of People, you will have the opportunity to build and execute leading talent programs while delivering an exceptional experience, ensuring Qventus remains an employer of choice across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards Strategy and Execution:

  • Design, implement, and oversee the company’s total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and incentives, ensuring they align with Qventus’s values and global growth
  • Conduct benchmarking and analysis to develop competitive compensation and benefits structures across geographies
  • Partner with leadership to communicate and implement total rewards programs that attract and retain top talent

HR Policy, Compliance and Business Partner

  • Develop and maintain global HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regional laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on employment regulations and best practices across the regions where Qventus operates while proactively addressing compliance challenges as the organization scales
  • Drive organizational and people-related strategies among leaders across the organization, including performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness
  • Provide expert coaching and counsel to leadership teams on global HR policies and procedures, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and initiatives that support global growth, scalability, and best in class employee experience

Global Talent and Operations:

  • Develop global HR frameworks and support workforce integration in new regions
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to ensure Qventus continues building a culture where everyone can thrive
  • Manage HR analytics and metrics owning quarterly connects with leaders to guide data-driven decisions and continuous improvements in HR practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing global talent programs, including total rewards and policy compliance
  • Strong experience as an HR business partner supporting senior leaders in a high-growth, technology organization
  • Deep knowledge of global employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices across multiple regions
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies with strong focus on communication at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, scaling organization while balancing strategy with hands-on execution

It’s a Plus if You Have…

  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or similar)
  • Experience managing change and adoption of scaling talent programs
  • Strong experience with Paylocity, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace
  • Proven success in scaling project plans and operational processes for high-growth tech companies

The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package.
