Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the vision and strategy for our suite of SaaS solutions for PR and Communications. Reporting to the VP, Product Development, this role will drive product development, prioritize feature enhancements, and ensure timely delivery of key functionalities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, define roadmaps, and create impactful solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

You will act as a central hub of market intelligence, leveraging insights from sales, customer service, and industry trends to refine our product strategy. Your ability to translate data into actionable initiatives will play a pivotal role in the success of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the “messenger of the market,” gathering insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead buy-build-partner analysis and assess potential partnerships.
• Work with Engineering and Product teams to define, prioritize, and execute feature development.
• Create clear and detailed user stories that translate market needs into technical requirements.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to craft compelling product positioning and drive go-to-market strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure new features meet customer expectations and business goals.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and continuously refine product offerings.
• Analyze key metrics and customer feedback to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
• Define and track performance KPIs to drive continuous product improvements.
• Stay ahead of competitors and evolving industry standards to maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, preferably within SaaS.
• Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making and prioritize initiatives.
• Experience working in agile environments with best practices in Scrum and Lean Startup principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
• A customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across departments.
• Prior experience in PR, media, or communications technology is a plus.
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
