We are 3 doctor practice that cares for dogs, cats and pocket pets. Multi-tasking and excellent customer service is a must. 1 year vetmed/ receptionist experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out
• Collect and process payments
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software
• Passion for working with animals
