Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator (PC) at Lightfully outpatient facilities provides direct assistance to program leadership specifically assisting the Program Manager in providing leadership, and guidance to Client Care Technicians, as well as in managing schedules, communications, and reporting. Importantly, the Program Coordinator serves as a leader to Client Care Technicians and will play an integral role in the achievement of program goals and creating and sustaining Lightfully Behavioral Health clinical mission and employee culture
Major Responsibilities:

- Upholds and maintains the Company, mission, and values (called the Lightfully “Shining Commitments”).
- Supports clients physical and psychological safety.
- Completes accurate and timely documentation of observations during groups.
- Guides, trains, and reviews CCT documentation in conjunction with Program Manager to ensure timely and accurate reporting of program events.
- Completes and submits program related reporting to program, and senior leadership staff.
- Assists with the scheduling of CCT, and fills-in as needed when direct-care staff are not present; Assumes duties of staff who are not present as appropriate to meet program goals.
- Provides guidance, and leadership to CCT in a motivational and encouraging fashion with a focus on creating and maintaining an inclusive, collaborative, and welcoming work environment.
- Coordinates and leads on specific projects as assigned by Program Manager.
- Conducts client admissions and discharges as outlined by LBH policies and procedures.
- Attends meetings and training as assigned ensuring proper documentation and reporting to program leadership.
- Contributes to a positive, productive, and accepting work environment, treating all staff, and clients with respect, dignity, and empathy.
- Provides one-on-one assistance to clients in crisis as directed by the clinical team and the client’s plan of care.
- Assists with clients in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner. Seeks assistance of licensed staff when needed.
- Leads/Co-leads and facilitates groups (as appropriate to licensure).
- Maintains a professional appearance and follows virtual guidelines while attending meetings, groups, or other work-related calls.
- Performs all other duties assigned by supervisor.
Specific Skills/Competencies:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
General Skills and Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

The pay range for this role is $23.00 – $30.00 hourly!
