Product Designer
Job Description
We’re looking for an exceptional product designer to help us grow Fay. You’ll be joining an intentionally small, savvy, product-centric team.
What you’ll be doing:
As a product designer at an early-stage startup, you will work across both our product and marketing efforts. Your work will span from early ideation to designing and shipping a feature as you work in sketches and prototypes, Figma mockups, and handoff documentation. You’ll collaborate closely with our Lead Product Designer, CEO, Product Manager and CTO.
Your skills & experience:
- 4-6 years of design experience, across product and non-product
- Have worked at a fast-paced startup
- Love working on intricate, complex UI and sweating the details
- Want to be involved in every aspect of a feature from planning and scoping through to designing and building
- Design experience in a consumer application, product, or software role
- Comfortable at managing and contributing to design system in Figma
- Prefer working in the open and default to sharing early and often – as opposed to a formal design process
