What You’ll Do

? Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

? Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.

? Conduct Interviews And Assessments To Evaluate Candidate Qualifications.

? Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.

? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

? Assist in onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

What We’re Looking For

? Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

? Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates.

? Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
