Goody is looking for a versatile and creative B2B Marketing Manager to own and scale our growth marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape Goody’s marketing communications and make an immediate impact on our business.

As a fast-growing platform for corporate gifting, Goody has no shortage of occasions, gifts and product releases to celebrate. You’ll be at the heart of planning and building outstanding marketing campaigns that bring our marketing calendar to life and speak to our target personas. While this role is focused on B2B campaigns – and B2B marketing experience is a must – don’t expect your typical SaaS marketing strategy.

Excellent writing and creative skills are essential for this role – and a successful hire will have a discerning eye for design, too. If you get excited about owning and executing a multi-channel marketing calendar (across email, social and events), we’d love to meet you!

Goody is a fully remote company with opportunities to meet in person, such as regional meetups and our annual company offsite. This role is open to individuals located in the U.S. or Canada.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and Execute Our Email Marketing Calendar:
    • Develop and execute broadcast email strategies that engage prospects and customers throughout the lifecycle.
    • Work with our design agency to craft beautiful, fun and timely emails that stand out in the inbox.
  • Manage Events and Webinars:
    • Plan and execute webinars and virtual/in-person events to connect with target audiences, educate prospects, generate leads, and celebrate brand ambassadors.
  • Build Our Social Media Presence:
    • Build Goody’s brand across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms through engaging content and thought leadership.
  • Drive Demand Generation Campaigns:
    • Lead multi-channel campaigns targeting B2B audiences to generate qualified leads and increase sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate Across the Company:
    • Work with stakeholders across Goody’s team, including Sales, Marketing, Design, Product and Merchandising.

Who You Are

  • Experience:
    • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or startup environments.
    • Proven experience driving demand generation and managing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling headlines and subject-lines.
    • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (bonus points if it’s Customer.IO).
    • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry standards.
    • Strong creative and design mindset, and experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar).
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
    • Experience with CRMs and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot and Salesforce.
