Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Retrieve documents from filing system as requested.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide support to the team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
Qualifications
- 0-5 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
