Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Home-based Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at Arch Capital, Inc. As a remote member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering excellent support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and promotions to assist customers appropriately.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer issues and deliver seamless service.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution.
- Assist with any special projects or additional duties as needed to improve customer experience or team performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional tone.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
- Reliable internet connection and necessary technology (computer, headset, etc.) for remote work.
